Rachelle, Owner/Stylist
Hi. My name is Rachelle Yarnell, owner of The Studio Salon Group which includes Facet Salon and Day Spa here in Garrettsville, as well as The Studio Salon Ohio City, The Studio Salon Downtown, Studio 3 in Strongsville and my most recent salon, Studio 3 East in Highland Heights. I’ve been in the salon business since 2006 as an educator, stylist, and owner. I love my work and hopefully this is reflected in the experience you’ll have at any of The Studio locations.
I am equally passionate about both aspects of my career as Owner/Stylist. As a female business owner, I love the entrepreneurial adventure, honing my leadership skills, curating our guests' experience, and connecting with the larger community. As a stylist, I thrive on the creativity and relationships I have with each guest that walks through the salon doors. I am energized and inspired daily by both hats I wear!
Early in my career I was an Educator for Paul Mitchell Salons and this foundation of learning remains embedded in The Salon’s culture. We keep up with trends, understand our products, and embrace important movements in the industry such as sustainability. Learning goes hand in hand with listening, both to our guests and the world around us. We take it all in to create a welcoming, uplifting experience for our guests.

Nicole Runwicz
STYLIST
SALON MANAGER
Nicole graduated from Maplewood Career Center in 2001 and has been working behind the chair ever since. She performs all hair services including color, razor cutting, perms and special occasion styles and specializes in mens cutting including facial hair. Beyond hair services, Nicole also performs waxing services, manicures & pedicures including gel polish, and spray tans. She is certified in Global Keratin Taming System, Hand tied Extensions, tanning, BARBICIDE sanitation and OLAPLEX.

Jessie White
STYLIST
Jessie attended Casal Aveda Institute and has been a Licensed Stylist since October of 2021. She performs all hair services and regular and gel manicures and pedicures. Jessie also performs Lash Lift and Tint services and is able to do spray tans. She is certified in tanning, BARBICIDE sanitation, Global Keratin Taming System, OLAPLEX and lash lift and tints. The team atmosphere at Facet makes for an enjoyable work environment.

Caydence McGranahan
STYLIST
Since 8th grade, Caydence knew she wanted to go into the field of cosmetology. She graduated from Maplewood Career Center and soon after received her Cosmetology license. Since graduating Cosmetology school, she has learned so much from the team at Facet Salon and Day Spa. Caydence enjoys coloring hair and most recently got certified to perform lash extensions.

Katelyn Ramirez
STYLIST
Katelyn graduated from Maplewood Career Center in 2022. Since being a kid and going with her grandma to all her hair appointments, she knew she wanted to work in the Cosmetology Industry. Katelyn loves the social setting of the salon and loves meeting new people while making them feel their best. Her favorite services include custom blonding and nail art. Katelyn is always working to better herself and her skills in the industry.

Katie Jones
STYLIST
Katie graduated from Casal Aveda institute in August of 2023. She worked as an Independent hair stylist be ore joining the team at Facet. Katie went into this industry not only because she loves doing hair but loves to make people feel beautiful, confident and feel good about their hair. Her favorite service is blonding. ‘There is just something about highlights that brighten up my day! ‘ Her favorite part of this industry is seeing people leave the salon with a smile on their face, loving their new hair.
‘There is always more to learn and room to grow, and I believe being a part of a salon team you can achieve both of those things and more. This industry never stops growing.’

Correne Klatik
ESTHETICIAN
Correne has worked in the skin care industry since 1994. She has extensive knowledge and experience with anti-aging products and treatments. Correne also has extensive experience in facials, peels, dermaplaning, extractions, waxing and a variety of body treatments. Beyond skin care, Correne also performs manicures and pedicures.
‘Being interested in a more holistic approach with natural methods to skin care, she enjoys making her clients feel pampered and relaxed.’

Ashlee Weaver
ESTHETICIAN & MASSAGE THERAPIST
Ashlee has been in the spa industry for over 10 years. She started as a Licensed Cosmetologist, moved to Esthetics and most recently added Massage Therapy. Ashlee specializes in the following services: massage (therapeutic and relaxation), hot stone massage, pregnancy massage, aroma therapy, facial massage, and back facials.

Sami Hadzinsky
STYLIST
Sami graduated from the Auburn Career Center Cosmetology Program and has been a licensed stylist since 2012. She became certified in Relaxation and Hot Stone Massages in 2013. Sami performs all hair and nail services. This includes regular and gel manicures and pedicures, nail art, facial waxing, ear piercing and make up. Her favorite service is special occasion styles. Sami is certified in Global Keratin Taming System, Platinum Seamless Extensions, OLAPLEX, CND Shellac, tanning and BARBICIDE sanitation. Sami is currently only working as part of our special event team and would love to help take care of all your beauty needs for your next special event!
